8:30 AM - The transfer is complete and all phones should be online. We are aware that the “transfer” button is missing at the moment. You can use the “phone-to-phone” button in the lower right-hand corner of your phone to transfer calls. We are also aware the “voicemail” button isn’t working for all phones and are working.
9:40 AM - All services appear to be up and running properly. If you have any problems, please call or email help and we’ll investigate.
