PC Smiles Network Status

On Friday at 9 AM we will be performing maintenance on systems in Lebanon. We expect the maintenance to last approximately 1 hour. During this time, services may be intermittently unavailable and go down without warning.

Update

10:30 AM - A third-party vendor is taking much longer than expected to complete the maintenance. We are now expecting maintenance to be complete by 1 PM today.

11:48 AM - Maintenance complete

We will be performing maintenance and software upgrades in Lebanon today starting at approximately 8:30 AM and lasting approximately 4 hours. During this time services will be become intermittently unavailable or down with no warning.

12:30 PM - Maintenance complete

Salem is currently down due to a Comcast outage. Comcast is working on the issue but has no ETR at this time.

8:30 AM - Service is currently online, but we expect it won’t remain online due to an issue with Comcast records. We are monitoring.

Microsoft is currently suffering from intermittent email delivery failures and other outages in their cloud. IT is unable to access the non-public Microsoft status page to get an ETA for service restoration.

Thursday January 22nd 1:15 PM - It looks like some Microsoft services are degraded or recovering at this time.

Thursday January 22nd 2:15 PM - We are still seeing email to Microsoft being rejected.

Thursday January 22nd 3:10 PM - The Microsoft status page occasionally loads for us after about 3 minutes. It says they have been ‘carefully rebalancing traffic’ for the last several hours and do not list an ETR. We continue to show a majority of email messages being rejected, but some are getting through.

Thursday January 22nd 5:00 PM - Approximately half of the email being sent is being delivered, but the rest is still being rejected. We will provide additional updates in the morning.

Friday January 23rd 7:00 AM - The majority of email is getting through, but some messages are still being rejected by Microsoft

Friday January 23rd 9:00 AM - The last failure was at approximately 7:15 AM. All messages appear to be getting through now.

Roseburg is currently offline for maintenance
