Microsoft is currently suffering from intermittent email delivery failures and other outages in their cloud. IT is unable to access the non-public Microsoft status page to get an ETA for service restoration.
1:15 PM - It looks like some Microsoft services are degraded or recovering at this time.
2:15 PM - We are still seeing email to Microsoft being rejected.
3:10 PM - The Microsoft status page occasionally loads for us after about 3 minutes. It says they have been ‘carefully rebalancing traffic’ for the last several hours and do not list an ETR. We continue to show a majority of email messages being rejected, but some are getting through.
