7:35 AM - Service restored

Comcast reports a failed modem affecting the Milwaukie office. They have dispatched a tech and expect services to be restored within the next four hours.

Comcast acknowledged a service outage in the Vancouver area. They expect service to be restored before 3 PM today.
9:40 AM - Service appears to be restored

The transfer of voice systems is in progress. Phones may restart and voice services will be unavailable during this maintenance.
8:30 AM - The transfer is complete and all phones should be online. We are aware that the “transfer” button is missing at the moment. You can use the “phone-to-phone” button in the lower right-hand corner of your phone to transfer calls. We are also aware the “voicemail” button isn’t working for all phones and are working.
9:40 AM - All services appear to be up and running properly. If you have any problems, please call or email help and we’ll investigate.
Disrupted
On the evening of Thursday May 1st we will start the process of transitioning the Eugene office over to the new PCS network.
During the transition all services will be intermittently down or completely unavailable with little or no notice.
The migration will continue through the weekend with service expected to be restored by Sunday afternoon.
